Shipping
All print orders are shipped within 3-4 business days by Registered Australian Post. The larger size can take a little longer as they are printed once ordered is placed.
Every parcel is carefully wrapped and packaged in custom designed packaging for safe shipping.
All unframed prints are shipped to you in a sturdy art tube. It is important to ensure that your print is only opened and handled by a professional framer. Limited edition prints are fragile and may be damaged by any mishandling.
All prints include a 5cm white border to allow for framing requirements.
Delivery fees are quoted at the time of purchase. Shipping within Australia is calculated using the size, weight and fragility of the item/s to be shipped. This is to help ensure that your purchase arrives intact and undamaged.
We use Australia Post(registered). A signature is required at the point of delivery for all parcels sent via registered post.
If you have not received your order within 15 business days of its dispatch, please advise us in writing so that we can investigate its whereabouts and resolve the issue.
Framed prints are also packaged with the utmost care and placed in custom designed Lelly Lou Design box for safe travel.
You will receive tracking and be updated on your order/s every move, from dispatch to delivery.

For deliveries within Australia, please allow 3 weeks to receive your delivery on orders that include a frame. These are framed to order and they take time.
